Format

We recommend having your presentation in PowerPoint format (.pptx).
Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes, plus 3 minutes for questions. Keynote presentations are 25 minutes, plus 5 minutes for discussion.

We only accept electronic formats such as PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat. As a guideline, prepare one slide per minute (e.g., a 12-minute talk = 12 slides, excluding title and acknowledgements).

Please name your file using this format:

"ddd-hhmm_Surname"

where:
-ddd = three-letter day abbreviation (i.e., Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)
-hhmm = presentation start time in 24-hour format
-Surname = your last name

Example: "Mon-1330_Smith.pptx"
